What Lee's Clients Say
"The coaching sessions were perfect. Lee has a sparkling personality that makes her easy to talk to.
Before working together, I had a lack of focus in my job search and my resume/CV and answers to interview questions were too detailed.
I had low confidence and high stress - would I ever get an interview, let alone a job?
Lee's coaching on my job search including resume/CV has landed me more interviews that I expected. The interview role playing and debriefs have improved my interview performance, while encouraging me to assess the suitability of the position for my own requirements.
The HeartMath tools and coaching helped me block out negative thinking and focus on positive tools - I rate them a 10/10!
The Skype technology facilitated the coaching - I did not hesitate in reaching out to Careers by Design for their coaching expertise."

Lee gently guided me through my fears and anxieties about making such a major change in my life and my career; encouraged me to be deeply reflective about my values and how I live my values; and challenged me with questions that were pivotal to my transition.
Each week, she encouraged me to stay true to my career dream and offered a multitude of resources to help me chart a pathway for reaching my dream."
