About Jen
Jen Davies brings over two decades of expertise in counselling and career development to her role as a Career Focused Counsellor with Careers by Design.
A Canadian Certified Counsellor since 2006 and a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, Jen is highly skilled in helping professionals through meaningful career transitions. She has also served as a counsellor with Telus Health, offering guidance to individuals navigating professional and personal change.
Jen holds degrees from Queen’s University (Psychology) and McGill University (Counselling Psychology) and completed her Doctorate in Education in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto in 2019. Her extensive background in both counselling and career strategy uniquely positions her to help people to identify their strengths, reimagine career paths, and transition confidently into new opportunities.
