As someone looking for a career change after being in one industry my entire life, I found Pat's guidance and support to be so helpful. Working with Pat has helped me focus on what to look for in a career that suits me. She has helped me find new opportunities in places I wouldn't have thought of. She's guided me and provided lots of advice for moving in different directions. I would highly recommend working with Pat for any career advancing needs! She is wonderful to work with and has helped me immensely in my career journey.
I worked with Pat Parisi over Skype and she really tailored the experience to my needs. As a recent graduate, she helped me find an identity and options in a competitive job market. Thanks to her I have a fresh new outlook on my career and tools to help me focus on my goals. Thanks Pat!
Working with Careers by Design was great. I really needed to do something different to break out of my career rut. At first, I wasn't sure how coaching could help but I decided to give it a try because a friend recommended it to me to figure out my next move and build the skills to get promoted - I'm so glad I did! I highly recommend this service if you want to get ahead.
Pat is an excellent listener and can offer a lot of ideas to help you stand out in your job search. She is great to work with and I recommend getting in touch with her to see what she can do for you.
I have known Shirin for a little over 10 years and have sought her coaching skills multiple times to guide me though transitions. Whether the changes were job related or stemming from career choices due to life changes, Shirin provided non judgmental space to express my career challenges and helped me work through them. She helped put things in perspective which was great- because most of the times, that is where I was feeling stuck. She does not tell you what she thinks you should do but helps you navigate the questions and solutions by using several tools and methodologies. What I best love about her methods is the heart math approach to problem solving. If you want to be successful in your career, feel confident in your own skills, narrow down your interests and passions, I would highly recommend that you reach out to Shirin and her team- most certainly you will not be disappointed!
