Shirin Khamisa, Head Coach and Founder

Shirin Khamisa holds degrees in English Literature and Education from Queen’s University. Our clients benefit from the insight she brings to her coaching practice from varied experiences in the public and private sectors. This includes experience in the field of education and brand marketing roles in pharmaceutical and not-for-profit companies.

Her passion for creating a unique career and lifestyle led her to pursue post-degree study in career development and coaching at the University of Toronto and the Adler school of Professional Coaching. Shirin is a certified International Coach Federation coach and a certified Personality Dimensions facilitator.

Shirin is also a licensed HeartMath provider, she delivers a unique system of practical techniques and leading edge products and programs. There are only a few HeartMath providers in Canada.

The most important experience Shirin brings to her coaching practice is the insight she gained while navigating her own successful career transitions to find work she loves.

Shirin believes that people who seek coaching are proactive and ready to tap into their potential. She is empathetic, caring, and understands the needs of her clients because she has walked a similar path.
